Meet The Organizer
Lexi Kafkis
Lexi is a writer, creative director, and the host of Higher Spirits, a podcast exploring the sacred relationship between cannabis, consciousness, and culture. Since 2018, she’s worked across the cannabis space organizing community events, educating around sustainability and plant medicine, helping brands with marketing and storytelling, and teaching cannabis yoga in Los Angeles.
Her visit to Tina’s farm for harvest in 2022 deeply shifted her relationship with the plant, awakening a sense of reverence that continues to guide her work. This retreat is a continuation of that calling, an invitation to connect with the earth, the plant, and yourself in a more embodied and meaningful way.

What do we mean by
Feminizing Consciousness?
Born from a discovery of how living systems thrive, Feminizing Consciousness invites us to reinterpret our place within the web of life. It asks us to center relationship over control, beginning with ourselves, extending to each other, the plant, and the planet.
It is a slow, cyclical way of being that favors intuition, collaboration, and softness. We listen instead of dominate, create instead of merely consume, and honor Earth rather than extract from her.
Cannabis is one of our guides in this practice, and this retreat is where we bring its teachings into the body and into community.
